Wisdom for parenting
Parenting is one of the toughest job in this world, where a parent wants to give his/her child everything best. In first look it may look good, but sometimes this comes with a side effect too. So, a parent must be very choosy in deciding anything about his/her child.
I have summarize some of the important things which every parent should always consider.
- Avoid granting all of your child’s requests. He will develop the mindset that he is entitled to anything he desires.
- Do not laugh when your child uses derogatory language. He’ll develop the belief that showing disrespect is fun.
- Avoid being insensitive to the inappropriate behavior he may exhibit rather than scolding him for it. He will develop the belief that social norms are arbitrary.
- Anything that your youngster mésses up shouldn’t be picked up. He will develop the idea that others are to blame for his problems.
- Don’t allow him to view any TV content. He’ll assume there’s no difference between being a youngster and an adult as he grows up.
- Avoid giving your child all the money he asks for. He will grow up thinking that getting money is easy and will not hesitate to stëal for it.
- Never ever support him when he is at wrong with his neighbors, his teachers, or the cops. He will develop the belief that everything he does is right, that everyone else is wrong, and that he will always get away with it.
- If you leave him home alone while you visit a place of worship, he can grow up believing that God isn’t real.
I just hope parents will take a lesson from above mentioned things and rise their child in a better way.
